The college library is a gateway to a world of information. Students have unlimited access to a wealth of information found in resources like books, magazines, journals, encyclopaedias, annual reports and internet. In addition, the library offers spacious seating arrangements and a calm ambience for learning.

Library Rules
- Books will be issued for a period of 15 days at a time.
- Five books may be issued at a time.
- A fine of Rs. 10.00 will be charged per book per day in case the borrower fails to return the books on the due
date. - In case of loss or damage the borrower will be asked to pay three times the cost of the book and a fine of Rs. 50.00
- Student should point out any damage in the book before getting it issued in his / her name otherwise he / she will be charged for the damage.
- Tearing, writing, scribbling or folding of corners of the pages of the book will be considered damage done to the book.
- Library books borrowed by the students must be returned before the commencement of the annual
examination and a clearance slip should be obtained from the library to appear for the examination. - Loss of Library card will call for imposition of a fine of Rs. 20/-.

The ICT Resource Center is equipped with Internet and is open beyond academic hours to encourage students to be techno-savvy and give them the competitive edge in the fast moving modern world.
Science & Mathematics Resource Center
Regency Teachers Training College has fully equipped ultra modern Science & Mathematics Resource Center. Qualified faculty members and trained laboratory technicians help the students and guide them throughout the course. The college has made it mandatory for the students to spend as much time and satisfy their scientific curiosities because as is rightly said curiosity is the mother of invention.
Psychology Resource Center
The Psychology Resource Center is another such feature of the Institute. Students are put to test on their behavioural pattern, mind set, flexibility of mind and action. Along with audiovisual aids and spotlights several self evaluation exercises are given to the students, the reflexibility, alacrity, adaptability is marked. Many facts and figures that a person may have not known about his or her own self comes to the fore.
Language Learning Resource Center
The language learning laboratory is equipped with multi media computers, linguaphone, audio cassettes, interactive videos and so forth to help them communicate and even orate. Most often it is found that a good scholar with adequate knowledge is unable to reach out to all. Regency has decided to eliminate this hurdle.
Art and Craft Resource Center
The art and craft center enhances the creativity of student teachers to imagine and give shape to their ideas and concepts. This later helps them to detect the creativity of their students and to tap and hone their skills.
